New e-resource: GREENR

Announcing the acquisition of GREENR, a resource that will support sustainability research and global initiatives at the USF.

GREENR (Global Reference on the Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources) from Gale is an indexed online resource that integrates popular and scholarly content derived from publications in subject areas related to physical, social, and economic aspects of environmental issues. The source publications include: government reports, research analysis, academic journals, news, case studies, magazine articles, legislation, and conference proceedings. The database content varies in coverage but starting dates for most publications are late 1990′s or early 2000′s. Search query results are displayed in brief format by document type with accompanying abstracts, full text, video, audio, and supplemental graphics where available. Search query results can be printed, emailed, downloaded, and exported to bibliographic management software such as Refworks and Endnote. This resource is appropriate for both an undergraduate and graduate audience.
