The Library and Open Use Lab will have extended hours during Finals. LTB 1115 will be open two extra hours in the evening, Monday through Thursday, during the last two weeks of the semester. Here is the schedule during the weeks of November 28th and December 5th Monday-Thursday – 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Please find below the Library and Open Use Lab opening hours for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. Monday, November 21 to Wednesday, November 23: 8AM to 8PM We wish you all an happy and safe Thanksgiving! We are thankful to have such great library users! The USF Poly Library and the Open Use Lab will be closed on Friday, November 11th, in observance of Veterans Day. LTB 1115 will reopen on Saturday, the 12th at 9:00 AM. We salute all of our veterans and thank them for their service! Social Sciences & Education Librarian Diane Fulkerson presented today a session at the Library 2.011 Worldwide Virtual Conference. The Conference is taking place over three days, almost around the clock, via BlackBoard Collaborate. Presenters are from around the world. Diane’s presentation was entitled “Multiliteracy is the new Information Literacy”. Some 60 attendees participated in the session. Here are the latest arrivals for the month of October. As always, Polytechnic circulating books are located in the New Books shelves in the back of the room. Reference and DVDs are shelved immediately in their proper stacks.
