USF in Lakeland Library

We received many items in May. As always, new books from the circulating collection and the Children’s books collection are located in the “New Books” shelves in the Group Study room. They can be borrowed right away! Reference books and A/V materials are put immediately in their respective shelving. Enjoy!

On Thursday, May 24th, USF Lakeland will hold an event for Alumni and VIPs from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The event will include tours of the LTB building, including LTB 1115, home of the Library and Open Use Computer Lab. These will be brief tours and LTB 1115 will remain open throughout.

On Monday, May 28th, the USFL Library will be closed for Memorial Day. To note, the Open Use Lab will be closed as well.

Coming later this summer is a new interface to the USF Libraries catalog. The Libraries have purchased ProFind by Endeca, a product that will permit guided, faceted navigation through our catalog.
