Pride Month resources

The list of resources offered by the USF Polytechnic Library for Pride Month 2011 is now available.

You can also come see our display in the Library. Those books can be checked out!

Poly Paws starts today until Wednesday

From today until Wednesday, come meet Echo the Therapy Dog from 3PM to 6PM in the Group Study area of the Library.

Refreshments will be served, courtesy of SGA. Counselors from the Counseling Center will also be on hand for informal chats and advice.

Poly Paws during final exams week

Are final exams stressing you? Take a Bark Break with Echo the therapy dog.

The Library is bringing in a certified therapy dog to offer a much needed stress break. Echo loves to be pet, can perform tricks and help you take your mind off your studies, if only for a little while.

“The Detroit Tigers at Tigertown” exhibit now on display

You can now come and browse our “Detroit Tigers at Tigertown” exhibit in the Library. The exhibit celebrates the 75th anniversary of Tigers spring training in Lakeland, FL.

You can find the list of the books in the exhibit here and some pictures here (but nothing beats thumbing through the books themselves!)

Library wins the Homecoming decorating contest

On par with the rest of the USF system, SGA and Student Affairs organized a full week of events for Homecoming. Among the events was an office decorating contest with the theme “Leaving a Legacy”.
