What will happen on August 4th?
ILLIAD/ILL will be shut down on August 4th for its conversion to the USF IT Central Authentication System. USF affiliated patrons will no longer be required to create a separate ILLIAD username and password. You will not be able to make an ILL request Wednesday so please plan accordingly.
How will I access my ILLiad account?
After August 4th, follow the new login button to USF WebAuth and sign in with your existing NetID and password.
What about my old ILLiad username?
During the implementation, your old ILLiad user account will be merged into an account under your NetID. You will no longer log in with your old ILLiad account information.
What will happen to my current ILL/PRONTO requests?
All of your old and active requests should be migrated and available to you when you log in with your NetID. If they do not show up please contact your ILL office for assistance, at (863) 667-7817.
What if I don’t have a NetID?
Some library patrons will not have a Net ID. If you do not have a NetID and you already had an ILLiad account, your login information will continue to work. If you need to register for an ILLiad login you can start here.
