The USF Libraries, including the Poly Library, has joined the Ask-A-Librarian reference network. This is a state-wide service regrouping academic and public libraries. You can easily start the chat by clicking on the icon on the Library’s front page.
Services hours are

When the service is not available, you can use the same link to send a question by email specifically to USF Poly librarians.
How can I search reference material at the Library online?
thanks,
edward
This is a question that may be complicated to answer in a blog comment At minimum, I can recommend that you look at the tutorials that we have currently online:

I would be glad to meet with you for an one-on-one appointment, either face-to-face, by Elluminate or phone. My contact information is on http://poly.usf.edu/Offices/Library/About_the_Libraries.html.
